Return and Exchange Policy FAQ
What items are returnable?
We happily accept returns for eligible items within 14 days of the ship date for a refund or credit. The returned merchandise must be unworn, unused and in the complete original packaging. EXCEPTIONS: Final sale merchandise is not eligible for a return or exchange, including custom-made personalized pieces and gift cards.
Items delivered by our Marketplace vendors is not eligible for a return or exchange.
How do I return?If you have any question about your orders,
- Visit our returns center
- Enter your order number and email address to start
- Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return
- Once your request is approved, you will get a confirmation email with shipping guidelines
We are NOT responsible for lost return packages, and recommend that you personally insure and track your packages.
The item I received is damaged!
If the purchased product is faulty, reach out to us within 7 days of the delivered date.
Can the items be exchanged?
We allow the exchange of purchased items for selectable variants. Once the exchange request is approved, the replaced item will be shipped to you.
What are the refund options?
The following refund options are supported:
- Refund to the original payment method
- Refund to store credit (if applicable)
The return shipping fee is $4.90 for the U.S. We’ll automatically deduct the fee from your refund
How do I ship back the items?
For instructions on how to ship the returned products, refer to the email received after placing the return request.
How soon will I get my refund?
You will receive an email notification from us once your return has been processed completely. Please allow up to 20 days for your package to arrive and our Returns Department to refund your original form of payment. Also, we’re unable to refund any original shipping charges, if applicable.
Gift with Purchase?
Returning an order that included a free gift? Please be sure to include it with your return, or your refund will be adjusted to deduct the retail value of the gift.
